Yong Fong Rubber Industries Sdn Bhd is a quality reclaimed rubbermanufacturer in Malaysia. It is strategically located at PortKlang, the largest international seaport in Malaysia, which provideeasy global access. Yong Fong has beed spending huge capitalinvestment in product development. Our reclaimed rubber is produced from selected discarded or wornrubber products, mainly tyres and tubes. Under strict qualitycontrol systems the quality and consistency of our reclaimed rubberis obtained. Yong Fong therefore offers reliable reclaimed rubber,which is both useful as process aid material, and as a distinctiveraw material in itself. Yong Fong employs the most successfulprocess-technology for reclaiming rubber. Essentially, the criticalrequirement of depolymerisation is effected in the rotary autoclavewhere the material is continuously stirred. This ensures prolongedhomogenising of the mass, resulting in a uniform, and high qualityend-product.
The main stages of the process-technology begins with the carefulselection of raw materials. This is cleaned, cut monclerclothing and ground progressively to very fine powderafter removal of all ferrous metal and non-feerous contaminant. Thefine powder is then depolymerised under controlled conditions oftemperature and steam pressure in the rotary autoclaves aided withsuitable process oils and strained and finally refined tosilky-smooth leaves which are built up into sheets for ease ofhandling. The end-product is then rigorously tested before approvalfor despatch.
Waste Rubber Re-cycling and Reclaimation
Around the world millions tons of natural and synthetic rubber areused for auto-mobile tyres, industianl parts, foot wears, and otherdomestic goods production. In the consequentious usage of suchproducts for human comfort, transportation, and other activities,huge volume of spent waste are created, which results in thepollution of the environment. Within these categories of rubberwastes, used tyres, and auto-mobile inner tubes contributed to bethe main ones. These waste is not out of question, and far from asolution. Re-cycling, reclaimation, or so-called regeneration ofsuch rubber waste for re-application in further usage can play aspecial role in reducing pollution and keep the world green andclean.

Sampling Procedure For Test Samples
10% sampling is carried out for all production, by cutting the twodiagonal corners of a weight of 250 gm each and then commbined toform into unique sample of 500 gm.
This sample is blended through a laboratory 6 inch dia mixing milland various required test pieces cut from this sample for therequired testings.
The grading for passing the products are strictly adhered andabided by the test results and product in house specificationsset.
The failed products are totally rejected.
